Contest Rules & Terms

Contest Description: The “Million Dollar MicroLED Sales Contest” is organized and hosted by Just Video Walls. The contest challenges authorized custom integrators in the United States of America to be the first to achieve one million dollars in retail sales of Just Video Walls MicroLED systems.

Entry Requirements: Participants must submit Purchase Orders (POs) and required deposits for Just Video Walls MicroLED walls that total at least one million dollars in retail value prior to the posted deadline.

Judging Criteria: There will be no judging in this contest. The grand prize will be awarded to the first custom integrator who reaches the one-million-dollar sales goal of Just Video Walls MicroLED systems by the deadline. Subsequent qualifiers who meet the sales goal will receive the runner-up prize.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email and phone using the contact information provided during registration.  Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner for 14 days but if the winner fails to respond to our notification attempts within this time or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to comply with the competition terms and conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.

Non-Endorsement Disclaimer: Participation in the “Million Dollar MicroLED Sales Competition” does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Just Video Walls by any third party, including but not limited to Porsche, Ford, or any other mentioned brand. The prizes provided by Just Video Walls are offered independently of any endorsement by third parties. Any use of third-party names, brands, and trademarks in relation to the prizes is purely for descriptive purposes and does not imply any endorsement or association with Just Video Walls.

Eligibility Criteria: The contest is open to custom integrators who are authorized dealers of Just Video Walls and whose businesses operate within the United States of America.

Submission Deadline: All POs and deposits must be received by midnight Eastern Time, March 31, 2024; all orders must be delivered and paid-in-full by midnight Eastern Time, June 30, 2024.

Publicity and Promotion: Just Video Walls reserves the right to use participants’ information, including company names and images, for promotional purposes related to the contest.

Prizes:

  • Grand Prize: The first custom integrator to achieve the sales goal will be awarded a one-year lease for a Porsche 911, valued at $65,000.
  • Runner-Up Prize: Subsequent qualifiers who reach the sales goal will receive a brand-new Ford Transit work van, valued at $45,000.

General Terms and Conditions:

  1. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.   Participants’ POs meeting the sales goal must be delivered and confirmed by Just Video Walls by June 30th, 2024, to qualify for the respective prizes.
  2. Participants must be in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
  3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable, except where expressly stated otherwise.
  4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Just Video Walls’ reasonable control, Just Video Walls reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  5. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Just Video Walls, which are final and binding.
  6. Cash Option: Winners may choose a cash option in lieu of the specified prize, applied to the winning account in the form of a credit against future purchases. The cash value of the prize will be determined by Just Video Walls at the time of prize fulfillment. The cash option may be subject to tax withholding as required by law.
  7. Prize Acceptance: Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the prize. Failure to accept the prize or meet any eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
  8. Publicity Release: By participating in the contest, winners agree to allow Just Video Walls to use their names, likenesses, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
  9. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Just Video Walls shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any award for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and Just Video Walls and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
